Identification on the device:
This sign is used to indicate that depending on
the liquid being pumped, personal protective
equipment must be worn. The operator must
determine requirements for specific cases and
ensure the requirements are implemented
(safety data sheet, hazard analysis).
Comply with the warnings on the device.
Always ensure that the warnings and manda-
tory signs are in proper condition. Replacement
signs can be obtained from the manufacturer.

1. Safety
The AccuOne/EnergyOne decanting and empty-
ing system is designed, constructed and tested
for operating safety according to the latest
state of the art. It left the factory in flawless
safety condition. Nevertheless, the device may
pose hazards for persons and objects if it is
not operated properly. It is therefore essential
to read the operating manual from cover to
cover and to comply with the safety instruc-
tions. In case of non-designated use, the man-
ufacturer shall assume no liable and warranty
claims may not be accepted.

1.1 Designated use

The AccuOne decanting and emptying sys-
tem must only be used for decanting and
emptying liquids in barrels and canisters.
The pump is not designed for use in a
potentially explosive atmosphere or with
readily flammable liquids. Any such use is
prohibited!
The device must not be used to pump
organic solvents.
The device must only come in contact with
media against which the materials are resis-
tant. (For materials see the technical data;

The pump is a non-hand-held, portable
motorised device. It must only be used
under direct personal supervision.
The position of the pump in accordance
with designated use is vertical.
Continuous operation is limited to 20
minutes.
The drive must not be immersed in the
pumping liquid.
The pump must only be used in buildings or
in an area where it is protected from the el-
ements.
1.2 Working and operational safety
The pump is not designed for use in
a potentially explosive atmosphere or
with readily fl ammable liquids. Any such
use is prohibited!
The operator is responsible for ensuring that
only persons who have read and understood
the operating instructions are permitted to
use the device.
Check the device for damage every time
