Mounting
Mount the motor in a position to prevent water discharge
through the drain connection outlet while the motor is left
unused. Max. drain pressure is 6 bar (87 psi) abs. The drain
pressure must not exceed the return pressure by more than
1 bar (14,5 psi). Drain connection must be used but not
connected to the return line.
Montage
Der Motor muss immer mit einer Leckwasserleitung versehen
sein, die aber nicht mit der Rückleitung verbunden ist.
Der Motor so montieren, dass er sich bei Stillstand nicht durch
den Ablass am Leckwasseranschluss entleert.
Der max. Drändruck beträgt 6 bar abs.
Den Drändruck max. 1 bar über dem Rücklaufdruck halten.
Initial start-up
Run 10 bar (145 psi) pressure on the system till water appears
at the drain connection of the motor. In this way the motor
is bled.
Erste Inbetriebnahme
Ca. 10 bar Druck auf das System, bis Wasser aus dem
Leckwasseranschluss des Motors erscheint. So wird der
Motor auch vorschriftsgemäss entlüftet.
Shaft load
If the motor will be exposed to radial- or axial load, please
confer with Danfoss High-Pressure Pumps Sales Organization
to obtain our approval.
Wellenbelastung
Wird der Motor radialer bzw. axialer Wellenbelastung
ausgesetzt, verständigen Sie bitte die Danfoss High-Pressure
Pumps Verkaufsorganisation um ein eventuelles Akzept der
gegebenen Belastung einzuholen.
Conservation
In case of longer periods of stand-still, for instance over the
winter, the water should be removed, and the system flushed
with glycol.
Konservierung
Wenn der Motor über längere Zeit stillsteht (z.B. über den
Winter), sollte das Wasser entfernt und das System mit Glycol
durchgespült werden.

Montage
Montez le moteur de manière à éviter que le moteur ne puisse
se vider par la conduite de drainage lorsqu'il est à l'arrêt.
Pression max. dans la conduite de drainage: 6 bar (87 psi) abs.
La pression de drainage ne peut dépasser la pression de retour
de plus de 1 bar (14,5 psi). La conduite de drainage ne peut être
connectée à la conduite de retour.
Montage
De motor wordt gemonteerd op een manier dat leegloop via de
lekleiding tijdens een stilstand wordt vermeden. Max. druk in de
lekleiding: 6 bar (87 psi) abs. De lekdruk mag niet meer dan 1 bar
(14,5 psi) hoger zijn dan de retourdruk. De lekleiding mag niet
op de retourleiding aangesloten worden.
Mise en service initiale
Faire fonctionner le système sous une pression de 10 bar
(145 psi). Lorsque l'eau apparait dans la conduite de
drainage, le moteur est purgé.
Opstartprocedure
Laat het systeem op een druk van 10 bar (145 psi) draaien.
Zodra er water in de lekleiding verschijnt, is de motor
ontlucht.
Charges sur l'arbre
Si le moteur doit être soumis à des charges axiales ou
radiales, veuillez
contacter le réseau de vente Danfoss High-Pressure Pumps
pour approbation.
Asbelastingen
Indien de motor onder axiale of radiale belastingen
moet werken, gelieve de Danfoss High-Pressure Pumps
verkooporganisatie te contacteren voor goedkeuring.
Conservation
En cas d'arrêt prolongé, principalement en hivers, le système
sera vidangé et rincé avec du glycole.
Bewaring/opslag
In geval van lange stilstand, meestal in de winter, zal het
systeem leeg gemaakt en met glycol gespoeld worden.
