TCT blade (12):

8.3 Changing saw blade (B4-B7)
Important! Pull out the power plug
before changing saw blade.
• Press and hold the spindle lock button (10). (B4)
• Loosen the clamping screw in clockwise by
using supplied Allen key (16). (B5)
• Remove the clamping screw, washer and flange.
(B6)
• Set cutting depth to maximum.
• Press the plunge release button (1) and lift up
the base plate (6).
• Lift blade up off the spindle and pull from the
tool. (B7)
• Install new saw blade in reverse order.
• Press the spindle lock button and tighten the
clamping screw firmly.
Attention: The arrow on the saw blade must
match the arrow showing direction of rotation on
the guard.
8.4 Dust extraction (B8)
The machine can generate a large amount of dust
during cutting. When equipped with the supplied
vacuum adapter (15), the chips and cutting debris
can be removed away from the working area.
• Connect the small end of vacuum adapter (15)
to the dust extraction nozzle (11).
• Connect the other end of the vacuum adapter
to your vacuum cleaner.
• Switch on the vacuum cleaner while cutting.
8.5 Track assembly (B14-B16)
Assemble the tracks (17) with connecting bar (18)
following figure 14 to 16.

9. Operation
9.1 Switching On/Off (B9)
The On/Off switch is equipped with a safety
button which is designed to prevent accidents.
To switch on:
Push the safety button (a) forward and then press
the On/Off switch (2).
To switch off:
Release the On/Off switch (2).
9.2 Releasing plunge stop (B10)
Press and hold the rear position of plunge release
button (1). Then the head of machine can be
moved downwards. The saw blade emerges from
the protective cover.
9.3 Cutting with mini circular saw (B11)
WARNING! Always cut in a forward direction.
Never draw the tool backwards while cutting.
• Check and ensure the protective cover can work
properly.
• Check and ensure the blade is sharp and suitable
for the material to be cut.
• Make adjustments referring to chapter 8.
• Secure the workpiece firmly on a flat surface.
• Plug into main supply.
• Place the base plate on workpiece stably. Align
the indicator line on base plate to the cutting line
marked on workpiece.
• Grasp the tool firmly. Turn on the tool and wait
for a moment to run up to max speed.
• Press the plunge release button (1) and plunge
the blade into workpiece slowly. Then push the
tool forwards along the cutting line.
• Once the cut has been finished, lift the tool from
the work surface before switching off.
Important! Ensure that the base plate is
always placed stably on the workpiece. This is
particularly important at the start or finish of a
cut.
