To remove the Slicer Shredder from the
machine, follow the steps in reverse
order. You should for this purpose switch
the speed control of the Stand Mixer
to "stop". Make sure that the ON/OFF
switch is in the "OFF" position and the
power cord is unplugged. Do not forget
at the end to attach the cover of the
accessory connector again.
HOW TO USE THE SLICER SHREDDER
The Slicer Shredder is designed for
the cutting, shredding or grating of
vegetables, fruit or cheese. Best results
are obtained with firm and fresh fruits
and vegetables as well as cold cheese.
DO NOT LET THE SLICER SHREDDER
TOGETHER WITH THE FOOD PROCESSOR
RUN FOR LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES. YOU
SHOULD THEREBY USE THE SPEED LEVEL
4 OR 5.
1. Attach the Slicer Shredder to the food
processor. Place a collecting bowl
under the Slicer Shredder.
2. Place the ingredients into the filling
funnel, where possible, fill it to the
brim.
3. Turn on the Stand Mixer and switch
it to speed level 4 or 5. Press the
plunger down gently. Ensure that the
plunger only fits one way into the filler
neck.
SLICER SHREDDER IS
YOUR
EQUIPPED WITH 4 DIFFERENT DRUMS:
Coarse shredding drum (5)
For the coarse shredding of chocolate,
nuts, cheese and potatoes (hash browns
or potato pancakes).
Fine shredding drum (6)
For the fine shredding of chocolate, nuts,
crackers, carrots and cheese.
Slicing drum (7)
Slicing of onions, herbs, cabbage,
cucumbers, carrots, apples, potatoes
and beetroot.
Parmesan grating drum (8)
For the grating of hard cheese
(Parmesan).
NOTE: Do not process hard objects such
as nutmegs, fruit kernels or nut shells.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

– Wash all parts with hot water. You
can use a mild detergent. Never use
any abrasive cleaner. You can clean
all parts of the Slicer Shredder in the
dishwasher.
– Make sure all parts are completely dry
before use.
Only use Authorized Service Centers
for repairs.
