Installation
Do not install the product in the
following places
● Places exposed to direct sunlight or hot
air currents
● Places exposed to large amounts of
humidity and/or dust
● Places with a lot of condensation,
subject to extreme temperature
variation, or with very high humidity
● Places with large amounts of steam or
grease, such as kitchens
● Near speakers, TVs, magnets, and other
strong magnetic sources
● Inclined surfaces
● Where there is a risk of damage from
seawater or corrosive gases
When installing in a rack
● When installing the extension receiver in
a rack, use one of those listed on
"Installing in a rack" (page 19).
● Make sure that the temperature of the
rack does not exceed +45 °C (113 °F).
Not doing so damages the inner
components of the extension receiver
and causes it to malfunction.
● Place the extension receiver as far down
on the rack as possible.
