e) Installing the Wings
When attaching the wings, ensure that the aileron servo plug
(1) and the connection cable are inserted completely into
the prepared linkage chute (2). The cable and the plug also
must not impair function of the aileron linkages (3).
Practical advice:
For the two 20 mm wing screws to cleanly interlock with the
plastics counterbearings in the fuselage, slide one thin wire
(4) each through the bore in the wing and plug it into the
counterbearing in the fuselage. Guided like this, the wing
can be attached in the best alignment.
After removing the guiding wire, screw in the wing attachment
screws without delay. Ensure that the wing does not slide
sideways when the wire was removed.
f) Mounting the Landing Gear
The landing gear wire (1) is inserted into the prepared landing
gear shaft (2) located right behind the cooling air exhaust
opening (3).
Since the wire is very tense in the shaft, additional securing
is not required.
At operation of the model on a meadow with high grass, the
landing gear can thus be easily removed again.
