11. Resetting to Default Settings
You can reset the "GX107" to the factory settings.
To do so, keep both buttons (RESET and S1) pressed at once.
Release the RESET button while keeping the S1 button pressed for another 10 seconds.
When the red LED flashes, all device settings have been reset. Afterwards you have to
reprogram the entire system (see chapter "First Steps").
Resetting to the default settings changes the PIN code of the "GX107" to
"1513".
The PIN code of the SIM card itself is not changed!
If the PIN code of the "GX107" now differs from that of the SIM card, the red LED
lights up (error). To use the SIM card in the "GX107" again, you have to change
the PIN back to "1513" as described in the chapter "Preparing the SIM card".
12. Display of Errors
• Red LED (error)
Different PIN numbers in device and SIM card, SIM card not active or SIM card inserted
incorrectly (see chapter "Resetting to Default Settings")
• Battery status indicators are lit in red and green
Check connection of the battery (whether or not the plug was properly connected and check
for any mechanic damage).
