• If you are taking medication, consult your physician
to determine the most appropriate time to measure
your blood pressure. Never change a prescribed medi
cation without consulting your physician.
• This unit is not suitable for continuous monitoring
during medical emergencies or operations.
• If the cuff pressure exceeds 40 kPa (300 mmHg), the
unit will automatically deflate. Should the cuff not def
late when pressures exceeds 40 kPa (300mmHg),
detach the cuff from the upper arm and press the
button to stop inflation.
• To avoid measurement errors, carefully read this
manual before using the product.
• The continuous cuff pressure due to connection tubing
kinking may cause blood flow interference and harmful
injury to the patient.
• Frequent measurements can cause injury to the patient
due to blood flow interference.
• Do not apply a cuff over a wound, as this can cause
further injury.
• The application of the cuff on any limb where
intravascular access or therapy, or an arterio-venous
(A-V) shunt may cause temporary interference to blood
flow and could result in injury to the patient.
• The application of the cuff and its pressurization on
the arm should be on the side of a mastectomy;
• Pressurization of the cuff can temporarily cause loss
of function of simultaneously used monitoring ME
EQUIPMENT on the same limb.
• You need to check that operation of the blood pressure
monitor does not result in prolonged impairment of
patient blood circulation
• Do not use this monitor close to any magnetic
resonance imaging (MRI) equipment. If MRI is to be
performed, remove cuff from the arm.
