Stimulation
Once located, the acupuncture points can
be stimulated using 3 different pro-
grammes (Massage, Knead, Pulse) each
operating at one of 15 intensity levels.
The display shows the selected stimulation
mode [13, 18, 19] and intensity [16].
x Pressing the mode button [12] on the
control panel causes the device to
switch between operating modes in the
following sequence:
Search mode Æ Pulse stimulation Æ
Massage stimulation Æ Knead stimula-
tion Æ Search mode
x Please note the selected intensity set-
ting is not retained when switching sti-
mulation mode, and will therefore need
to be set again.
x Stimulation continues until you switch
stimulation mode or switch off the de-
vice using the On/off button [10] on the
control panel.

Once the desired acupuncture point has
been found, stimulation can begin:
x Select the stimulation mode.
x After stimulation begins, the search
mode signal switches off.
x You can now set the intensity by re-
peatedly pressing the intensity buttons
+ / – [9, 11] on the control panel. The in-
tensity is shown on the display [16].
x We recommend increasing the intensity
in stages during stimulation. The se-
lected intensity comes into effect after 1
to 2 seconds.
x If the selected stimulation intensity is
perceived as unpleasant, reduce the in-
tensity by repeatedly pressing the in-
tensity button "–" [11].
