12.1. Typical unit operation
Items to be checked before a test run

Warning:
source cable from the terminal block to measure the insulation resistance.
Turn on the power at least 12 hours before performing a test run.
- Doing so will energize the compressor and evaporate the refrigerant in the compressor.

The events listed in the table below are normal occurrences and do not represent operation problems.

12.2. Outdoor unit function setting
Function settings can be made by setting SW4, SW6, and SWP01 on the outdoor unit control board.
To make function settings, set the 10th bit of SW6 to ON, and then set SW4. To change the setting, press SWP01 for two seconds or longer. The switch settings can
be checked on LED3. (The item No. will be displayed on LED1.)
Write down the switch settings on the electrical wiring diagram label on the control box panel for future reference when the control board needs to be replaced.
