Chiller versions refrigerant circuit.
Made of copper pipe, it includes the following components on all models: electronic thermostatic
expansion valve; filter drier; level and humidity indicator; high and low pressure switch (with fixed
setting).
Heat Pump versions refrigerant circuit.
The heat pump version, in addition to the components installed on the cooling only version, includes
for each circuit: 4-way inversion valve; liquid separator on the suction line; liquid receiver; check valves;
safety valve.
Water circuit.
It includes: evaporator; temperature sensor; antifreeze sensor; water differential pressure switch;
manual air vent.
FACTORY FITTED ACCESSORIES:
IM
- Automatic circuit breakers. Alternative to fuses and thermal relays.
SL
- Unit silencement. The compressors are equipped with sound-absorbing covering.
RFM - Cooling circuit shut-off valve on discharge line.
RFL - Cooling circuit shut-off valve on liquid line.
BT
- Low water temperature kit. Required in case of unit's operation with the evaporator's
outlet water temperature below 5 °C.
EC
- EC Inverter fans. Axial fans directly coupled to a three-phase electric motor with external
rotor. A safety fan guard is fitted on the air flow discharge.
ECH - EC Inverter fans with high ESP. Axial fans directly coupled to an Inverter three-phase
electric motor and fitted with an enhanced nozzle to increase both efficiency and available
static pressure, with a range from 60 to 110 Pa. Their use allows ducted/indoor installation.
A safety fan guard is fitted on the air flow discharge.
DS
- Desuperheater. Heat recovery of 20%.
RT
- Total heat recovery. Heat recovery of 100%.
TX
- Coil with pre-coated fins.
TXB - Coil with epoxy treatment.
PS
- Single circulating pump. Installed inside the unit.
PSI
- Inverter single circulating pump. Installed inside the unit.
PD
- Double circulating pump. Installed inside the unit, one pump in operation and the other
one in stand-by mode. At every start request, the pump with less operating hours is
activated first.

- Antifreeze heater for evaporator. With thermostat intervention.

LOOSE ACCESSORIES:
MN - High and low pressure gauges. One for each refrigerant circuit.

- Remote control panel. To be included in the room for remote control of the unit, with the
same functions as that inserted in the machine.
RP
- Coils protection metallic guards. In steel with cataphoresis treatment and painting.
AG
- Rubber shock absorbers. To be inserted at the bottom of the unit to dampen possible
vibrations due to the type of floor where the machine is installed.
AM - Spring shock absorbers. To be inserted at the bottom of the unit to dampen possible
vibrations due to the type of floor where the machine is installed.

RCI/RNI 50-180
Circuito frigorifero versioni Chiller.
Realizzato in tubo di rame, comprende per tutti i modelli i seguenti componenti: valvola di espansione
termostatica elettronica; filtro disidratatore; indicatore di liquido ed umidità; pressostato di alta e bassa
pressione (a taratura fissa).
Circuito frigorifero versioni Pompa di Calore.
La versione a pompa di calore, oltre ai componenti della versione per solo raffreddamento, compren-
de per ogni circuito: valvola di inversione a 4 vie; separatore di liquido in aspirazione; ricevitore di
liquido; valvole di ritegno; valvola di sicurezza.
Circuito idraulico.
Include: evaporatore; sonda di lavoro; sonda antigelo; pressostato differenziale acqua; valvola di sfiato
aria manuale.
ACCESSORI MONTATI IN FABBRICA:
IM
- Interruttori magnetotermici. In alternativa a fusibili e relè termici.
SL
- Silenziamento unità. I compressori vengono dotati di copertura fonoisolante.
RFM - Rubinetto circuito frigorifero in mandata.
RFL - Rubinetto circuito frigorifero linea liquido.
BT
- Dispositivo per funzionamento con bassa temperatura dell'acqua. Necessario nei casi di
funzionamento dell'unità in condizioni di uscita dell'acqua all' e vaporatore inferiore ai 5 °C.
EC
- Ventilatori EC Inverter. Di tipo assiale direttamente accoppiati a motori trifase Inverter a
rotore esterno. Una rete di protezione antinfortunistica è posta sull'uscita dell'aria.
ECH - Ventilatori EC Inverter ad alta prevalenza. Di tipo assiale direttamente accoppiati a motori tri-
fase Inverter a rotore esterno e dotati di boccaglio maggiorato per aumentarne l' e fficienza e la
prevalenza utile, con un range dai 60 ai 110 Pa. La loro applicazione consente l'installazione
canalizzata/da interno. Una rete di protezione antinfortunistica è posta sull'uscita dell'aria.

- Desurriscaldatore. Recupero del 20%.

- Batteria con alette preverniciate.

stand-by. Ad ogni richiesta di accensione, viene attivata per prima la pompa con meno ore
di funzionamento.

- Doppia pompa di circolazione Inverter. Inserite all'interno dell'unità, una in funzione e

dovute al tipo di pavimento ove la macchina è installata.

- Antivibranti a molla. Da inserire alla base dell'unità per smorzare eventuali vibrazioni
