ee)
Stay in the centre of the trampoline when using it to
minimize the risk of damage to springs or impact with
the frame.
ff)
The product should only be used by one person at a
time. Multiple people using the product at the same
time increases the risk of injury in the event of a
collision between users.
gg)
DO
NOT
perform
somersaults,
leaping
turns
and other acrobatics. This increases the risk of a
dangerous fall, e.g. on the head, which can result in
serious injury, paralysis or death.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The trampoline is a device designed for performing
gymnastic exercises.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

1)
Carefully unpack all the components and check them
for damage and / or missing items.
2)
Arrange the components into groups and lay them
out in the open at a certain distance from the place of
assembly to prevent tripping.
3)
Attach the leg extensions [B] to the leg base [C] and
secure with the short bolts [D]. Repeat the operation
for each base (Fig. I).
I
4)
Join together all the arches of the upper frame [A] to
form a rim. One person should firmly hold the rim
structure at a place opposite to the place of joining
the last two arches of the upper frame [A] (Fig. II).
II
H
5)
Attach the base structure to the upper frame, then
secure the connections with the long bolts [N] (Fig. III).
III
6)
Arrange the bouncing mat [G] inside the trampoline
frame structure. The mat should be placed with the
stitches down.
7)
Insert the spring hook [E] into one of the triangular
metal rings on the mat's edge. Insert the other end of
the spring into the hole in the rim of the upper frame.
8)
Insert the spring [E] into the mat's metal ring
L
(opposite to the ring mentioned above), then into
the appropriate hole in the rim of the upper frame
(exactly opposite to the hole from the previous step)
P
(Fig. IV).

9)
The next two springs [E] should be mounted so that
they are in the middle of the distance between the
first two springs, exactly opposite each other. This will
ensure even tension of the bouncing mat [G] and the
springs [E].
10)
Repeat this operation until all the springs have been
installed. Mounting may require considerable force,
so you are recommended to use the spring wrench
[F] for this purpose (Fig. V).
V
NOTE! It is recommended to mount springs every 4th
or 5th opening to avoid excessive tension.
NOTE! Be careful when installing springs. Care should
be taken not to place the hand or other part of the
body where the spring is connected to the rim.
11)
Spread the cover [H] evenly over the edge of the
structure, then stretch it and fasten it to the rim using
the mounting straps (Fig. VI).
VI
Installing the safety net
1)
Carefully unpack all the components and check them
for damage and / or missing items.
2)
Arrange the components into groups and lay them
out in the open at a certain distance from the place of
assembly to prevent tripping.

3)
Attach the bottom post [L] to the leg extension [B]
from the outside using a long bolt [N]. Remember to
place the spacer [O] between the leg extension [B]
and the lower post [L] (Fig. VII).
VII
4)
From the inside, secure the long bolt [N] using the
curved washer [Q] and the nut [P] (Fig. VIII).
VIII
NOTE! Be careful to correctly tighten the nut using the
appropriate wrench!
5)
Repeat until all lower posts [L] have been installed.
6)
Insert the upper post with foam [M] into the opening
of the lower post [L], then press down so that both
the components fit together well.
7)
Repeat until all the upper posts with foam [M] have
been installed.
8)
Slide the sleeves of the safety net [K] posts onto the
tops of the upper posts with foam [M]. After the
entire safety net [K] is properly distributed, slide
the sleeves down the posts to form the enclosure
structure (Fig. IX).
IX
9)
Attach the safety net bottom straps [K] to the
triangular metal rings on the edge of the mat [G].
Repeat this operation until all mounting straps are
attached to the rings (Fig. X).
