Entriegelten Rundklinkenzug Z 178 /. . .
auf die zu ziehende Platte (C) und
auf die fahrende Platte (B)
verschrauben.
Das Längenmaß des Zugbolzen
Z 1781/. . . "l1± 0,05" ist von hinten
genau abzustimmen und mit einem
Gewinde und einer Einführschräge zu
versehen.
Diesen in die feststehende
Platte (A) plan und festanliegend
mit Z 31/. . . und Z 691/. . .
verschrauben.
Das Maß „l4" kann funktionsbedingt
gekürzt werden, hierbei muss die
Gewindebuchse (6) aus dem
Flansch (7a ) geschraubt werden,
anschließend wieder fest verschrauben
und evtl. verkleben.

Nach konstruktiven Gegebenheiten
bezüglich des Einbauraums, ist die
Befestigungsart I oder II zu wählen.
Befestigungsart I
Einbau mit Standardflansch (7) von
hinten.
Befestigungsart II
Einbau mit Flansch (7a) von der
Trennebene.
Wartung:
Alle beweglichen Teile sind
regelmäßig zu schmieren.
Vorzugsweise ist der
Schmierstoff Z 260 /. . . oder Z 261/. . .
zu verwenden.
Sicherheitshinweise:
Es sind mindestens zwei
Rundklinkenzüge symmetrisch
anzuordnen und die Verrieglungs-
position genau aufeinander abzu-
stimmen.

Screw the unlocked round latch
locking unit Z 178 /. . . on the plate
which is to be pulled (C) and the plate
which is to be moved (B).
The linear dimension of the pulling rod
Z 1781/. . . "l1± 0,05" must be precisely
aligned from the back and provided
with a thread and lead-in angle.
Tighten it in the stationary plate (A)
plane and fitting close to Z 31/. . . and
Z 691/. . . .
Dimension "l4" can be shortened if
required for function, to do this the
threaded bush (6) must be screwed
out of the flange (7) and then screwed
tight again and if necessary glued.

Fastening type I or II should be chosen
in accordance with the structural
conditions of the installation space.

Maintenance:
All movable parts should be regularly
lubricated.
Lubricant Z 260 /. . . or Z 261/. . .
should preferably be used.
Safety notes:
At least two round latch locking units
should be arranged symmetrically
and the locking position should be
matched exactly.

Visser le loquet déverrouillé Z 178 /. . .
sur la plaque à tirer (C) et sur la plaque
mobile (B).
La cote de longueur „l1± 0,05 de la
tige de traction Z1781/ . . . est à mettre
à longueur depuis l'arrière, et il faudra
y ajouter un filet ainsi qu'un chanfrein
d'engagement.
La visser sur la plaque fixe (A), à plat et
ajustée, avec le Z 31/. . . et le Z 691/. . .
La cote « l4 » peut être raccourcie selon
sa fonction. Pour cela, la douille
taraudée (6) doit être dévissée de la
bride (7), puis revissée solidement et,
éventuellement, collée

En fonction des paramètres construc-
tifs relatifs à l'espace de montage,
il convient de choisir le type de
fixation I ou II.
Type de fixation I
Montage avec bride standard (7) par
l'arrière.
Type de fixation II
Montage avec bride (7a) du niveau de
séparation.
Entretien:
Toutes les pièces mobiles doivent être
régulièrement lubrifiées.
Il convient d'utiliser, de préférence, les
lubrifiants Z 260 /. . . oder Z 261/. . . .
Instructions de sécurité:
Il faut monter symétriquement un
minimum de deux loquets et
déterminer précisément la position
de verrouillage de l'un par rapport
à l'autre.
