Werkzeug geschlossen.
Sobald das Ende des Öffnungsweges
„H1" erreicht ist, liegt der Bund vom
Zugbolzen (10) am Anschlag der
Schiebehülse (1) an.
Dabei fahren die Segmente (5) in die
Freidrehung vom Zugbolzen (10).

Zugbolzen Z 1781/. . . ist verriegelt,
dadurch wird die gezogene Platte „C"
positioniert.

Werkzeug öffnet weiter in Endstellung.
Bei Schließbewegung des Werkzeuges
arbeitet der Rundklinkenzug in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Mould in closed position.
As soon as the end of the opening
stroke "H1" has been reached, the
collar of the pulling rod (10) lies against
the stop of the sliding sleeve (1).
Then the catches (5) slide into the
recess of the pulling rod (10).
Pulling rod Z 1781/. . . is locked and
therefore the pulled plate "C" is
brought into
position.
Mould opens further in final position.
During mould closing movement,
the round latch locking unit operates
in reverse order.

Outil fermé.
Lorsque le bout du chemin d'ouverture
« H1» est atteint, l'épaulement de la
tige de traction (10) repose contre la
butée du manchon coulissant.
Les segments (5) se déplacent alors
dans le sens de rotation libre de la
tige de traction (10).

La tige de traction Z 1781/. . . est
verrouillée. C'est ainsi qu'est
positionnée la plaque tirée « C ».

L'outil s'ouvre plus en position finale.
Lors du mouvement de fermeture de
l'outil, le loquet fonctionne dans l'ordre
inverse.
