Fit the smaller supplied heat shrink supplied over wires.

Feed all wires through the under-tray as original use the larger heat shrink to tidy up all the wires.

Using the four OEM nuts and bolts (put bolts though from underneath and nuts from top) secure
new licence plate bracket.

Reconnect all wiring and wiring plugs as original. Using wiring clips from kit secure wires to new
licence plate bracket.

Fit licence plate to new licence plate bracket.

IMPORTANT: IF FITTING A FULL-SIZE LICENCE PLATE AND PLACING IT FAR
DOWN ON THE LICENCE PLATE HANGER, THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE OF THE
LICENCE PLATE HITTING THE BACK WHEEL UNDER HEAVY LOAD AND OVER
LARGE BUMPS IN THE ROAD. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR
THIS POSSIBILITY AND TAKE AVOIDING ACTION. FAILURE TO CHECK THIS
COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.

Refit pillion seat.

Depending on local laws, attach enclosed red reflective tape in an appropriate location.

Please test the indicators and licence plate illuminator before riding.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RS4 125 2011

Remove the rider seat using key.

Remove the pillion seat using catch shown in picture 1.

Remove the right hand rear cowl / side panel as shown in pictures 2&3.

Disconnect wiring plug located to the lower right hand side of petrol tank as shown in picture 4
and cut the three cable ties holding the wiring loom to the frame.

Unclip the plastic grommet shown in picture 5.

Undo and remove OEM licence plate bracket (three Phillips screws as shown in pictures 5&6)
while supporting tail bracket and feeding wires carefully through the hole in under-tray.

If fitting OEM indicators remove OEM indicators from tail bracket. This is done by removing the
lenses, then pulling out the reflector and disconnecting the two wires (shown in picture 7, pull the
wires back through the indicator (please note the plug colour coding and the side to which it
relates).

Fit the two parts of the tail tidy together using the four M6x6mm long button head bolts as shown
in picture 8 (suggest using some thread lock or super glue on the threads).

Fit indicators to new licence plate bracket (either OEM or after-market minis - suggest R&G
micro indicators, product code RG370, see wiring directions below) (small grommets are supplied
to cover unused holes in the licence plate bracket as shown in picture 9).
