Please note that the way the kit is packed does not necessarily represent the way of mounting to the bike
Please note that in cases where kits are packed with rubber washers holding the components onto the bolt – the rubber
washers should be thrown away!
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TOOLS TO COMPLETE THIS JOB
Long Phillips screwdriver.
Set of metric allen keys.
Electrical crimping pliers.
Set of spanners.
Long nose pliers.

Remove the rear cowl / pillion seat.

Disconnect wiring plugs for indicators.

Undo and remove OEM licence plate bracket (four Phillips screws the nuts can be seen under
pillion seat) while supporting tail bracket and feeding wires carefully through holes in under-tray.

If fitting OEM indicators remove OEM indicators from tail bracket. This is done by removing the
lenses, then pulling out the reflector and disconnecting the two wires, pull the wires back through
the indicator (please note the plug colour coding and the side to which it relates).

Fit the two parts of the tail tidy together using the four M6x6mm long button head bolts (suggest
using some thread lock or super glue on the threads)

Fit indicators to new licence plate bracket (either OEM or after-market minis - suggest R&G
micro indicators, product code RG370).

Fit new licence plate light to new licence plate bracket and tighten.(note it will be necessary to cut
the wire to the OEM license plate light in order to join them to the R&G light with the connectors
supplied)
