WARRANTY INFORMATION
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
The unit is designed for lasting durability and predictable results. The unit comes with a
one-year warranty. If the unit fails to operate correctly, contact your SybronEndo customer
service representative at 800-346-3636. Outside the United States, call customer service at
+1-714-516-7979 or contact your local dealer or supplier to coordinate the returns/repairs with
SybronEndo. Repair services are available after one-year warranty period at the customer's own
cost. The same RMA process can be followed.
Warranty repairs can only be performed by SybronEndo or by authorized agencies with
original factory parts. Authorized service personnel will have access to any necessary technical
specifications to ensure the repair is performed correctly. Any unauthorized repairs will void the
warranty.
1. Many problems can be solved over the phone. Do not hesitate to contact us if you experience
difficulties when using the Unit.
2. For returns, call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Use the original packaging when shipping or storing your Unit. If the original box and/or
foam packing are not available, call SybronEndo for packing instructions. Damages incurred
during shipping due to improper packaging are not covered by the warranty.
4. Mark all outer packaging with the RMA number, your name, address, and phone number.
5. Shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.

the technical safety features of the device only if maintenance and repairs are carried out by
SybronEndo or by authorized agencies with original factory parts.
For safety reasons, this product should be used with accessories manufactured and sold by
SybronEndo. Any use of non-authorized accessories or not following any of the instructions for use
is done so at the operator's risk and voids the warranty.
