The grease separator is to be cleaned and emptied completely at least once a month.
1. Remove the tank cover.
2. Completely empty the grease separator, removing any incrustations and deposits. This requires
having to first suction off the grease film that has accumulated on top. Only after completely re-
moving the grease film may the water beneath be suctioned off.
3. Check the seals.
4. Replace defective seals.
5. Fill the separator with water until water flows out of the separator's discharge.
6. Close the lid to the separator.
