NOTICE
When using a vertical position the pocket must be worn so that the trigger faces downward!
• Remove buckle and adjuster from waist strap
>>> Velcro 6b on the waist strap must face upward
• Insert the waist strap through the horizontal or vertical strap
positioner (black fabric) on the back of the pocket until velcro 6b
connects to velcro 6c inside of the strap positioner.
>>> This prevents the pocket from moving around the waist strap
• Slide buckle and buckle back on
• The X-strap on the back of the pocket allows you to insert your own
straps, up to a width of 50mm.
>>> Insert the waist strap horizontally or vertically over the black
strap positioner and under the X-strap
Open the buckle and place the waist belt around the hips
Close buckle safely
Fasten the buckle securely and adjust the waist strap to fit tightly
>>> The loose end of the waist strap can be fixed using the adjuster
Wear BeuchatRestube on your right, so that the trigger is easily
accessible with your left hand
2.1.1 Harness attachement
1. Attachment to the harness hook belt
The pocket may be worn vertically or horizontally, though vertically is recommended.
• Remove buckle and strap adjuster from Beuchat Restube waist strap
• Remove Beuchat Restube waist strap from strap positioner
• Detach harness hook belt from harness on one side
• Insert harness hook belt into the vertical or horizontal strap positioner
of Beuchat Restube's X-strap system depending on its length, width,
and your choice of alignment.
> The X-strap system allows you to insert harness hook belts 25, 30,
40 and 50mm wide in both directions.
> When attached vertically, the trigger must face downward
• Attach the harness hook belt to the harness as usual
2. Attachment to the back of the harness with 2 safety loops
Depending on the size of the harness, this may be done with the waist strap or with the
additional strap for harness fixation for small harnesses. The pocket may be worn vertical- ly
or horizontally, though horizontal attachment is recommended.
• Remove the Beuchat Restube waist strap from the pocket as in (1).
• Attach the buckle to the waist strap
• Pass each end of the Beuchat Restube waist belt through one loop
• Close the buckle
• Make sure that the trigger is easily accessible
> If this is not the case, move the pocket sideways on the harness
accordingly
>>> Wear the pocket so that the BeuchatRestube logo faces
outward and the strap positioner rests against the body
