Operation

5.0 Start-up procedures
CAUTION:
Ensure that the spray gun or low-pressure valve is closed.
The Booster 40 unit is bled by loosening the bleeding screw
at the top of the pump station. The screw must be left open
for approx.4 minutes allowing water to run out.
All pipes are bled by opening the connections one after the
other. It may be necessary to repeat this procedure.

5.1 Daily Operation

• Make sure that the water supply is open.
• Press the green button "ON" on the operating box to start up the
booster. The system is now in standby mode.
• Press the red button "OFF" to stop the unit.
• Turn off the water supply.
• When in stand-by, the green lamp "ON" will blink
• When the pumps are running the green lamp "ON" will light.
• When you have an alarm, the led lamp "ALARM" will blink.
• The system must be re-set by pushing "OFF" and restarted on "ON"
