  • Page 2 1 - USE The MICRO-CYLINDRE 2.1 is a friction device for rigging ropes used for tree care work. It is used when tree felling, to hold and lower cut branches or logs. It attaches to the base of the tree to be felled, or to any tree able to resist the stress and shock produced during moving of loads.
  • Page 3 1 - CADRE D’UTILISATION Le MICRO-CYLINDRE 2.1 est un système de freinage pour les cordages de rétention spécifiques à l’élagage. Il sert de frein lors de travaux de démontage des arbres, pour la rétention et la descente de branches ou billons tronçonnés. Il se fixe à la base de l’arbre à démonter, ou sur tout autre arbre pouvant résister aux efforts et chocs engendrés par les mouvements des charges.

Beim Baumfällen wird er fürs Ablassen von Ästen oder Stammstücken benutzt. Er wird an der Stammbasis des Baumes, der gefällt wird, oder an einem anderen Baum fixiert, der der Krafteinwirkung und den Stößen, die beim Bewegen der Lasten entstehen, standhalten kann.

The braking strength depends on the rope type (diameter, design, etc.) and the number of wraps around the cylinder.
