If the electrodes are not, or are no longer, posi-
tioned correctly, the device will automatically
return to zero intensity (no electro-stimula-
tion) and the electrode indicator of the cor-
responding channel will appear and flash

The device switches off automatically after 180
seconds of being inactive.
We recommend starting at a low intensity the
first time you use the device, then gradually
increasing it. Once you are used to the stimu-
lation, you can use more powerful intensities
of stimulation, but always within the limit of
what you are able to tolerate and without in-
juring yourself.
The recommended duration of use for a po-
sition is the one given by the programme
TENS mode
The TENS mode helps relieve the symptoms of pain in the muscles and joints. Each
of the 5 programmes is 30 minutes long, their output voltage can be adjusted
from 0 to 35 V and the output current can be adjusted from 0 to 70 mA.

PRE-RECORDED PROGRAMMES
The Medi Stim has 5 pre-recorded TENS and 5
EMS programmes.
A duration of use is given with all the pro-
grammes, and you have the option of con-
trolling the intensity of the pulses separately
for each of the two channels. You can stop
using it whenever you want and change the
intensity of the two channels at any time.
The cycles have different sequences that make
up the programmes. They are implemented
automatically one after the other and increase
the effectiveness of stimulation on different
types of muscle fibres while combatting rapid
muscle fatigue. The standard settings of the
stimulation parameters and the instructions
for installing the electrodes are shown on the
TENS and EMS programme panels below.
