14. LEARNING NEW REMOTE CONTROLS WITHOUT AN OPERATIVE REMOTE CONTROL
a) If the system is armed, use the PIN code to disarm it.
b) Lift the seat or the topcase (if protected by a contact switch) otherwise connect the GREEN/BROWN wire
(seat/topcase input) to a positive feed (+12Vdc).
c) Turn ignition key ON.
d) The LED will power ON for 1 sec..
e) When the LED turns OFF, within 5 sec., simultaneously press, twice in a row, BUTTONS 1 and 2 on the
remote control to be learned.
f) Successful learning will be confirmed by 1 flash of the LED and 1 Beep.
g) Close the seat or topcase or disconnect the GREEN/BROWN wire from the positive feed.
