OPTIONAL CONFIGURATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL FEATURES
In B-Fast system it is possible to progam the monitors buttons "•", "A", "B" and "C" to perform additional
performances.
INTERCOM FUNCTION ON MONITOR
A button can be programmed to call another user in the system or to call a monitor of the same user programmed
as another internal code. In the fi rst case, all the monitors of the called user will ring; in the second case only
the monitor of the specifi ed internal code will ring.
INTERCOM FUNCTION BETWEEN SEVERAL USERS
1.
Go to the monitor to be programmed as caller
(monitor 'a').
2.
Hold the door opener button pressed and press
the audio button. The monitor 'a' emits two
beeps to signal the access to programming
mode. The led present on the audio button
starts blinking green.
3.
Press the button to be programmed; the
monitor emits a confi rmation tone. The button
may be "•", "A", "B" or "C".
4. Go to the user to be called by that
button: User 'b'. Press the door
opener
button.
The
monitors
emit a beep to indicate they have
been programmed. Alternatively,
go to a calling station and press
the calling button of user 'b'; the
monitor 'a' in programming mode
beeps to signal that it has been
programmed. At the same time,
the monitors of the user 'b' ring.
Ignore this call.
5.
Press again the audio button of the monitor 'a', that will beep to indicate the exit from the programming
mode. The audio led turns off.
6.
Check the programmed function: press the audio button of the monitor 'a' and then press the programmed
button. Check that all the monitors of the user 'b' ring; press the audio button of a monitor 'b' and check
that it can communicate with monitor 'a'.
7.
If you want to make also the inverse call, it is necessary to programm the monitor 'b' to call 'a'.

If the buttons "•" "C" are programmed for intercom function, their basic functions will not be lost,
auto-on, video cyclic, video transfer and automatic door lock release enabling/disabling respectively,
because these are performed only with audio not active (audio led off).
INTERCOM FUNCTION IN THE SAME APARTMENT
The programming procedure is the same described above to program a button for intercom function between
different users, but it is mandatory to complete the programming procedure by pressing the door opener
button of the monitor 'b' to be called (see step 4 of the previous paragraph), because it is not possible to call
only the desired internal code from the push button panel.
VIDEO DOOR PHONE CALL TONE
5 call tones can be selected for monitors installed on brackets of B-fast system. The selection can be made
also by the fi nal user by following the simple steps below:
1.
Hold the door opener button pressed; press
and release the button "A". The monitor will
play a tone.
2.
Hold the door opener button pressed and
press again the button "A" to change the
tone.
3.
Release the door opener button when the
desired tone has been selected. The tone is
programmed.
FLOOR OR INTERCOM CALL TONE
5 call tones can be selected for monitors of B-fast system. To select the call tone follow the procedure
below:
1.
Hold the door opener button pressed; press
and release the button "•". The monitor will
play a tone.
2.
Hold the door opener button pressed and
press again the button "•" to change the
tone.
3.
Release the door opener button when the
desired tone has been selected. The tone is
programmed.
PROGRAMMING DATA DELETING (factory settings restoring)
To delete all optional programming data, perform as follows:
1.
Holding the door opener button pressed, press the audio button. The monitor 'a' emits two beeps to signal
the access to the programming mode. The led present on the audio button starts blinking green.
2.
Press at the same time the buttons "A" and "•" and hold them pressed for 3 seconds until the deletion
tone is heard.
3.
Press again the audio button of the monitor 'a', that will beep to indicate the exit from the programming
mode.
