3. Weighing mode
A. Place the scale on a solid and flat surface.
B. Pace bowl (if used) on the scale before turning on the scale.
C. Press to enter weighing mode.
D. Wait unit "0" display on LCD.
E.Load weighing object on scale to start weighing, LCD will
show the weight reading.

4. Volume mode
For instance, measuring milk by CUP unit as following steps:
A. Place the container.
Place the scale on a solid and flat surface.
B. Press to turn on the scale.
C. Wait until "0" display on LCD, press MODE button to select
milk mode.
D. Press UNIT button to set cup unit.
E. LCD will display the colume of liquid in the container.
