To change my user codes

Central unit connected to the Internet:
Go to the "Users" menu in your Somfy Protect app, which already allows you to manage your Home
Keeper system.
Central unit not connected to the Internet:
User codes 1 and 2 allow you to:
arm and disarm the system,

customise the user code 1, the SOS codes, the installer code,
➔
store 2 SMS numbers and 2 numbers for voice alert,
➔
change the date and time.

To access the settings menus:

Enter the user code 1 (default: 1111), and press the

To change the user code 1:
Enter the menu by typing

Enter the new code. It must be between 0001 and 9998, for example:

Central unit not connected to the Internet:
Enter the menu by typing

an alarm SMS.
Enter the phone number, for example:

The number is stored (XX = country code, e.g. 44 for England).
Follow the same procedure for the voice alert number, menu

Make sure you inform the recipients of the alert messages, and that their phone number
has been stored.
(default user code 1).
