Troubleshooting

9.1 Troubleshooting schedule

Caution! Do not repair the product. A damaged or defective product must be repaired at an authorized service center.
Problem
The pressure in the system is
not constant.
The product does not start.
The product stops.
The product starts but no water
comes out of the spray head.

Cause
There is air leakage in the system.
There is air in the system.
There is air in the water hose.
The valves are blocked, worn or cannot
move.
The pump seals are worn.
The water supply is unsatisfactory.
The nozzle in the spray head is partially
blocked.
The filter in the water inlet is partially
blocked.
The water hos is bent or pinched.
The power plug is dot connected.
There is no power in the power outlet.
The fuse has tripped.
The extension cord is defective.
The power outlet has incorrect voltage.
The product is overheated and the
overheat protection has engaged.
The nozzle in the spray head is partially
blocked.
The water hose is not connected.
The valve in the tap is closed.
The nozzle in the spray head is blocked.
The filter in the water inlet is blocked.
The pump, hoses or accessories are
frozen.
Action
Make sure that all hoses and connections are
airtight.
Push the trigger until water without air
bubbles comes out of the spray head.
Remove the air from the system.
Speak to an authorized service center.
Speak to an authorized service center.
Make sure that the water inlet pressure is
sufficient.
Clean the nozzle in the spray head.
Clean the filter.
Make sure that no section of the water hose is
bent or pinched.
Connect the power plug to a power outlet.
Use a different power outlet.
Stop other products that are connected to the
same circuit and replace the fuse.
Replace the extension cord or operate the
product without the extension cord.
Make sure that the voltage in the power outlet
corresponds to the rated voltage on the type
plate on the product.
Wait at least 5 minutes until the product has
become cool before you operate the product.
Clean the nozzle in the spray head.
Connect the water hose.
Open the valve in the tap.
Clean the nozzle in the spray head.
Clean the filter.
Let the product become warm. Do not operate
the product in ambient temperatures below
0°C.
