CREAM WHIPPING MACHINE POLOBAR
The appliance referred to in this manual has been manufactured in
conformity to the following Directive 73/23/CEE "Low Voltage". The
check has been carried out by following the EN 60335-1 Standard for
the "Safety of electric appliances for domestic use and similar„;
EN60335-2-24; Electromagnetic Compatibility EN55104; EN55014;
IEC 1000-4-2; IEC 1000-4-4; IEC1000-4-5; IEC 1000-4-11; ENV
50141.
The technical specifications of the appliance can be found on
the data plate "4" (fig.1) located outside on the side of panel.
This appliance shall be installed by a qualified technician according
to the regulations and directives in force in the country where it is
installed, as the instructions in this manual.
The appliance shall be used exclusively by trained personnel and
only for the purpose for which it has been designed. The appliance
should be checked once a year by a qualified technician.
Before connecting the appliance to the mains, compare the electrical
set-up data on the data plate to the characteristics of the local
electrical energy supply.
The appliance is equipped with a connecting cable to which the
installer must connect a circuit breaker which cuts off the flow of
electricity in all poles; the distance between the open contacts must
be at least 3 mm. The circuit breakers must be easy to reach.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Switch off the appliance in case of malfunctioning or failure.
Remove the packaging from the appliance as well as the protective
plastic sheet, and if necessary, remove traces of glue with a suitable
solvent. To dismantle the packaging, follow local directives.
When installing the appliance, observe:

All applicable national laws in effect.
■
All regional or local regulations, such as building codes.
■
Directives and regulations of the local electrical energy supplier.
■
Accident prevention regulations in effect.
■
Fire prevention regulations.
■
Applicable I.E.C. regulations.
VENTILATION
This unit is designed to operate at ambient temperatures between 16°C
and 32°C.
In order to ensure adequate ventilation, the rear panel and the space
underneath the unit must not be obstructed.
CONNECTION TO THE MAINS
The cable must not be placed near heat sources. The area around
the cable must not have a temperature above 50°C. If the cable must
ever be replaced, consult the wiring diagram attached. The power
supply cable must not have characteristics inferior to H05 VVF and
must have a minimum cross-section of 1.5 mm
must be carried out by a specialised technician.
Connections to the mains, installation, and maintenance of
the appliance shall be carried out by qualified technicians
only, in observance of all applicable regulations!
