OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Your slow cooker cooks food automatically once you set the time and the desired cooking mode
is selected. When time ends, the unit automatically switches to the KEEP WARM setting and the
KEEP WARM indicator light illuminates.
1. Place the unit on a clean, level and dry countertop.
2. Open the glass lid. (If you need to add ingredients into the porcelain pot outside of the unit,
first lift the complete lid vertically to separate it from the lid hinge slot in the base, and then
remove the porcelain pot. Thereafter, place the porcelain pot inside the unit and then place the
lid back on the unit).
3. Close the lid. (If the lid is removed, set the lid hinge aligned with the lid hinge slot in the
base on the back of the unit; place down the lid and make sure it sets correctly.)
How to Operate WITH the Timer:
1. Plug in the power cord into your 120 Volts electrical outlet.
2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn the unit on. The slow cooker will beep once, and the LED
panel will display 00:00.
3. Set the desired cooking time by pressing the TIMER UP or the TIMER DOWN button.
The timer ranges from 00:30 to 24:00 hours, and goes up or down in 30-minute increments.
After pressing the TIMER UP or TIMER DOWN button, the three mode indicator lights
(HIGH, LOW and KEEP WARM) will start blinking on the LED panel.
• Press the TIMER UP button to increase time in 30-minute increments, or press the
TIMER DOWN button to decrease time in 30-minute increments.
• Press and hold TIMER UP or TIMER DOWN button to scroll faster up or down in
30-minute increments.
• To reset the time to 00:00, press the TIMER UP and TIMER DOWN buttons simultaneously,
and then repeat the above two steps to set the desired time that you would like to cook.
• After setting the time, the HIGH, LOW and KEEP WARM lighted indicator will flash. Select
the cooking mode setting you wish to use.
