Change and tensionning of the
belts
(Fig.10)
The belts of the main motor (A) can be tensionned as follows:
Unlock the 4 bolts which holds the motor to the frame and push the motor down.
After belt tensionning is done, lock again the 4 bolts.
The drive belts are of the type: A54; 13x1380
The belt (B) of the feeding of the wood mechanism can be tensionned as follows:
Unlock the 4 bolts of the front motor and pull the motor towards you, lock the 4 bolts well after tension-
ning is done.
The drive belt is of the type: SPZ 750
The belt ( C ) of the feeding of the wood mechanism can be tensionned as follows:
Unlock the bolts of the bearing house on the drive axis inside the frame and pull the drive shaft and
bearing house towards you.
Lock the bolts well.
Type of the belt: SPZ 662
The drive belt (D) can be tensionned by unlocking the bolts holding the baring house to the frame at
the outside of the frame. Pull the shaft and bearing house towards you and lock again the bolts.
Type of belt: SPZ 875
Never over-tension the belts, this will lead to premature wear and damage to the different bearings.
