• Maintenance and cleaning work may only be carried out by qualified
and trained specialists.
• Check coolant hoses, seals, and connections for damage and tightness.
Replace as necessary.

Sharpening the tungsten electrode
DANGER
Health hazards caused by radioactive substances
Radioactive substances are released during welding and sharpening of
tungsten electrodes.
• Use a suitable extractor unit.
Sharpening the tungsten electrode depends on wear and must therefore be
carried out when required. To sharpen the tungsten electrode, use a
sharpening device with a diamond disc.
