13. Adjusting the controls
Refrigeration control: If the measured temperature is too high (warmer than desired), switch
the compressor ON. If the measured temperature is too low (cooler than desired), switch the
compressor OFF.
Heating control (winter system): If the temperature falls 2°C below the set value, the
heating system starts to operate. The heating will stop working if the wine cooler's ambient
temperature is or above 12°C or higher. Warning: the compressor and the heating elements
start to operate at the latest 1 minute after being switched on.
Fan control: The fan starts to work if the compressor or the heating are operating. The fan
stops to working if the compressor or the heating stops.
Alarm: The alarms will sound 1 minute after detecting an abnormal temperature. To stop the
alarm: press any button on the display. Touching the display stops the alarm. To stop the humid-
ity alarm: press the SET and UP buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. If the humidity icon
appears again, this means that the alarm is functional. If you switch off the humidity alarm, OF
will be displayed for a short time. This means the alarm has been stopped.
Back light energy-saving mode: The LED will display for 30 seconds. The back light will
switch off if no buttons are pressed in energy-saving mode. (However, the buttons can, be op-
erated in this mode). If no buttons are active, the display will not be illuminated. The backlight
switches on as soon as a button is pressed. If the inner light is switched on as permanent light-
ing, the display will be permanently illuminated.
