This product is covered by a five-year warranty, with the exception of its electric components which are covered by a
12-month warranty and the heating components, which are covered by a 24-month warranty (N.B. such conditions
apply to the Italian market only).The warranty takes effect on the date when the machine is delivered to the customer
as certified by returning the receipt including the installation report duly filled in, stamped and signed by the retailer. In
case of any claim, the date reported on the bill of sale applies.
Any repair or replacement of a component carried out according to the warranty takes place following the
unchallengeable decision by TECNO-GAZ and does not include travel expenses for the staff and the packaging and
transport costs.The warranty does not cover lamps, fuses, glasses and damage or failures caused by incorrect
maintenance, negligence, incapacity or other causes for which the manufacturer may not be held responsible. The
components subject to normal wear and the accessories (e.g. buttons, stops, seals) are not covered by the warranty.
The purchaser is not entitled to the replacement of the full machine. The warranty does not envisage any refund of
direct or indirect damage of any kind involving people or objects owing to any failure of the machine.
TECNO-GAZ doe not shoulder any responsibility as regards failures or damage caused by the machine if it is used
incorrectly or the ordinary maintenance is not carried out or the basic principles of good maintenance have been
neglected (negligence). No compensation is envisaged for machine idle-time due to failures.
The warranty becomes automatically void if the machine is tampered with, repaired or modified by the purchaser or
third parties not authorised by TECNO-GAZ. In case of repairs, the purchaser must address the seller only or the
technical service centres pointed out by TECNO-GAZ.
The components replaced according to the warranty must be returned to TECNO-GAZ free carriage paid.
Any failure to return a component entails that the customer must pay the cost of the component.
TECNO-GAZ does not accept machines returned by end users.
The delivery of the machine to be repaired by TECNO-GAZ must be dealt with by the seller or technical service centre
chosen by the end user according to the CM-P.003 commercial procedure entitled "MANAGING REQUESTS FOR
RETURNING, REPAIRING OR REPLACING TECNO-GAZ PRODUCTS AND CLAIMS BY CUSTOMERS".
The delivery to TECNO-GAZ must be certified and authorised according to the internal procedures.
The documents authorising the delivery and a document describing the failure must be attached to the products
returned to TECNO-GAZ. All the product to be repaired must be delivered to TECNO-GAZ free carriage paid and
correctly packaged (in the original packaging).
