200A AC/DC Dial Control TIG Welder 202KE
V4.2
Change the etching duration in the welding cycle to increase or decrease the
area that is cleaned around the welding pool. A larger percentage will result in a
better removal of oxides, but reduces the heat devoted to penetrating the
material. A lower percentage will increase the penetration, but result in less
effective cleaning.
AUTO Balance / Frequency – Available for AC TIG and Pulse AC TIG.
Welding machine automatically determines the percentage of AC Frequency and
AC Balance for optimal penetration and cleaning during the welding task.
FOOT PEDAL CONTROL
(NOT INCLUDED)
The control panel selections determine
the amount and frequency of current
delivered to the torch.
The foot pedal allows you to vary the
amount of welding current applied from
moment-to-moment. This increases the
precision control of heat for delicate
welding situations. The panel setting still
determines the maximum amperage that

the torch can generate.
OVERHEATING ALARM
Exceeding the duty cycle (see Specification)
can cause the welding machine to overheat
and shut down. The yellow overheating LED
(K) will illuminate and code E01 will appear in
the digital display (J). The welding machine

fan will continue to operate and cool the unit.
The welding machine will reset once it has cooled enough. Wait a further 10
minutes to allow the unit to cool below the overheating trigger threshold.
OVERVOLTAGE
This equipment has an automatic voltage compensation function, which enables
the unit to maintain the voltage within the given range. In case that the input
voltage or amperage exceeds the stipulated value, it is possible to damage the
