4.7. Phone book / abbreviated numbers
In the exchange, you can set 500 abbreviated numbers by means of the codes ✱500...✱999. Abbreviated numbers can be dialed from every apparatus.
In case of an external call from a person whose name is included in the phone book, the name of this person is displayed on your apparatus (if the apparatus
is provided with the calling name identification presentation service).
The name in the phone book has priority over the name that is sent via the supplementary CNIP service of your network supplier.
The phone book is sorted by abbreviated number.
