4.5.2. Automatic external line
You can set an automatic external line for an apparatus, so you can dial the ordinary external telephone number without having to dial 0, 1 or 2. To call
another internal apparatus, you have to press flash or R and dial the internal number.
You can set an automatic external line by checking off 'Autodial' and inserting 0, 1 or 2 under 'Autodial number' in order to take an arbitrary external line,
the first or second external line. Leaving 'Autodial number' empty, means filling out 0.
EN
In the example above, on apparatus 31 external line 1 is automatically taken.
4.5.3. Automatically dialing a number after picking up the receiver
Via 'Autodial', you can set the possibility of automatically dialing a number (e.g. emergency number or mobile number, baby or senior function) after picking
up the receiver of an apparatus. This number can either be an internal or an external number. Check off 'Autodial' and insert the internal number or 0, 1,
2 + external number. If you insert an internal number, there is a pause of 5s before this number is dialed. During these 5s, you can insert another internal
number or dial 0, 1, 2 + external number. The initially inserted number is then cancelled.
In case of an external number, the external line is always taken immediately (if not engaged). There is a pause of 5s before the external number is dialed.
During those 5s, you can dial another external number (without digit for external line). The initially inserted number is then cancelled.
In the example above, an arbitrary external line (0) is automatically taken. After 5s, 9123456 is dialed.
