3.8.2. Setting switching time for day and night setting
In the telephone exchange, you can set the switching time for automatic switchover between day and night setting by means of EasySetup (see 5.3). If you
wish to (temporarily) deviate from these settings, you can modify the switching times by means of the codes below:
✱460hhmm setting switching time day setting, hhmm: time in 24h notation system from 0000 to 2359
✱470hhmm setting switching time night setting, hhmm: time in 24h notation system from 0000 to 2359
The telephone exchange confirms this setting with 2 brief, high tones. The telephone exchange does not test the given values. Any impossible value is
converted into a valid one within one minute (value for hour > 23 = 0, for minutes > 59 = 0).

3.8.3. Manual switchover between day and night setting
Insert the following codes on an apparatus that is connected to the telephone exchange in order to manually select day or night setting:

After a power cut, the telephone exchange is set to the setting depending on the set switching times in case of automatic switchover between day and night
setting. If you do not make use of the automatic switchover between day and night setting, the exchange is automatically set to day setting.
3.9. Controlling the relay contacts
The telephone exchange is provided with 2 low-voltage relay contacts that can be switched from every apparatus by means of the following codes:

You hear 2 high tones when switching on and a low tone when switching off.

3.10. Phone book and abbreviated numbers
The telephone exchange is provided with a centralized phone book suitable for saving 500 abbreviated numbers. By means of the codes ✱500 ... ✱999,
you can quickly make a call to someone from any apparatus. You can assign the codes to the persons yourself. The list with abbreviated numbers containing
names and telephone numbers has to be programmed in the telephone exchange by means of EasySetup (see ##). The names of persons that are included
in the list with abbreviated numbers are displayed on the apparatus in case of an incoming call (if the apparatus is provided with this service).
3.11. Making a call with a blocked apparatus
By means of EasySetup (see 5.4, an apparatus can be blocked for making external calls. Insert a password from ✱500 to ✱999 to deblock the apparatus.
The code from ✱500 to ✱999 is one of the codes for an abbreviated number. If you use one of these codes as password, it can no longer be used as a
code for an abbreviated number. After dialing 0,1 or 2 on a blocked apparatus, you hear the busy tone.
Pick up the receiver. You hear the dialing tone of the telephone exchange. Insert the password ✱500 ... ✱999. You hear the dialing tone of the external
line. Now dial the desired external number.
3.12. Listening to the waiting music
By means of EasySetup (see 5.8, you can upload a waiting music of 4min 30s as a wave file. Both internal and external callers hear this music when they
are put on hold. You can listen to the waiting music by inserting code ✱143. The exchange is provided with a standard waiting music.
3.13. Supplementary services
In many cases, your network supplier can activate several supplementary services. For these services, you usually have to press the flash button. Press R
or Flash followed by # on the telephone exchange. For a detailed description of these services, please contact your network supplier.
Collecting old appliances
If your PABX telephone exchange has come to the end of its lifespan, your can take the old appliance to a recognized collection point in your city. The symbol
below means that the old appliance has to seperated from the other waste. According to the laws on electrical and electronic appliances, the owner of
old appliances is obliged to send his appliances with a separate waste collection. Help protecting the environment by separating your old appliance from
the other waste
