- FONCTIONNEMENT
La puissance du moteur est transmise
par une courroie Poly-V. Les deux
poulies permettent d'adapter la vitesse
de la broche aux conditions de travail. La
broche de travail est entraînée en son
extrémité par un arbre cannelé qui
permet son déplacement axial.
L'avance de la broche est pneumatique.
Sa vitesse est réglée par un frein
hydraulique.
La course (avance de travail, avance
rapide) est réglable. Des détecteurs de
proximité inductifs donnent les signaux
de fin de course qui à travers la
commande et un distributeur 4/2
actionnent le piston d'avance.

- OPERATION
The motor power is transmitted by a Poly-
V belt. The two pulleys are used to adapt
the spindle speed to the working condi-
tions. The working spindle is driven at its
end by a spline shaft which enables it to
move axially.
The advance motion of the spindle is
pneumatic. Its speed is adjusted by a
hydraulic brake.
The strokes (working advance, rapid
advance) are adjustable. Inductive
proximity switches emit the limit signals
which control the advance piston through
the controls and a 4/2 distributor.
In this manual, the drilling unit has been
divided into three parts :

Die Maschinenleistung wird über
einen Poly-V Antriebsriemen übertragen.
Die beiden Riemen- scheiben
ermöglichen es, die
Spindelgeschwindigkeit an die
Arbeitsbedingungen anzupassen.
Die Arbeitsspindel wird an ihrer Spitze
von einer Keilwelle angetrieben und
kann sich dadurch axial verschieben.
Der Spindelvorschub ist pneumatisch.
Die Geschwindigkeit wird durch eine
Hydraulikbremse geregelt.
Der Hub (Arbeitsvorschub,
Schnellvorschub) kann geregelt werden.
Die induktiven Annäherungsschalter
geben Endan-schlagssignale ab, die
dann über die Steuerung und einen
Verteiler den Vorschubkolben in Gang
setzen.
