1. Get ready the food that is to be
prepared.
2. Insert the rack (4) into the drawer (5).
3. Place the food in the drawer.
4. Insert the drawer into the main unit (1).

light up once and then go out again.

6. Select a preset programme or
manually set the temperature and
cooking time you want (see the
"Functions" chapter).
7. Touch the fi eld
heating process. The fan display
(blue) and the heat control lamp (red)
(10) light up.
The heat control lamp goes out
as soon as the set temperature
has been reached.
During the heating process, the
heat control lamp may light up
again. This means that the device
is heating up again in order to
maintain a constant temperature.
○ The cooking time in minutes (13)
and the cooking temperature in
°C (12) light up alternately on the
display (20).
○ If the cooking process is to be
paused to add further ingredients,
for example, pull out the drawer.
The cooking process resumes after
the drawer is reinserted.
○ To switch off the device premature-
ly, touch the fi eld
out. Only the fan display remains on
for a short while as the fan contin-
ues to run.
8. When the set cooking time has
elapsed, three beeps are heard and
the device automatically switches to
stand-by.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

No liquid must get into the main unit.
Never immerse the device in water!

The main unit and the drawer are not
dishwasher-safe.
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
Clean the main unit (1), the drawer (5)
and the rack (4) after every use to prevent
germ formation and to prevent food res-
idues from burning on. Do not allow any
food residues to dry on.
1. Clean the main unit with a damp cloth
and a little detergent if necessary.
2. Rinse the drawer and the rack with de-
tergent and warm water. In the case of
stubborn dirt, we recommend soaking
the accessories in warm water and
detergent beforehand.
The rack can also be cleaned in the
dishwasher.
3. Allow all parts to dry completely or
dry them off.
4. Store the device and all accessories
away in a clean, dry location that is
out of the reach of children and ani-
mals when not in use for a prolonged
period.
