Applications

This appliance is an electric raclette grill,
suitable for low-fat grilling of meat, fi sh and
vegetables and for cheese 'au gratin'.
Any use other than that described in these
instructions must be considered improper
and may lead to personal injury or material
damage.
Before fi rst use
∙ Remove any packing materials
completely.
∙ Before using the grill for the fi rst time,
clean the grill stone, the wooden spatulas
and mini-pans with a damp cloth.
∙ Heat up the appliance with the stone and
mini-pans for about 10 minutes, without
any food, to eliminate the smell typically
encountered when fi rst switching on a

noticeable). For that reason, adequate
ventilation should be ensured by opening
windows or balcony doors.
∙ Allow the appliance to cool down, and
then clean it as described in Cleaning
and care.
