Troubleshooting
Problem
The pump does not create a vacuum when placed on a container or the vacuum does not last.
Remedy
• Make sure that the lid, the silicone seal and the valve are in their correct positions, not
soiled or wet, and that the lid is properly closed.
• The vacuum pump may be sitting too loosely on the valve. During the vacuuming process,
lightly press the vacuum pump into the dock surrounding the valve to create a tight seal
between the pump and the valve.
• If the problem cannot be rectified in spite of this, please contact our customer service.
