Preparations for use
Placing the heated underblanket
Starting at the foot end, spread out the heated
underblanket (top, see Fig. B) over the mattress.
The plug-in connector

Then place the bottom sheet as usual over
the heated underblanket, so that the heated
underblanket lies between the mattress and
the bottom sheet.
Ensure that the heated underblanket is completely
flat and that it does not become drawn together
or folded during use.
Before use on an adjustable bed, verify the
heated underblanket and the cables will not be
pinched in the hinges, for example, or pushed
together.
Switch the heated underblanket on approxi-
mately 30 minutes before going to bed and
cover it with the top sheet and other bedding.
By doing this you will keep all the heat in.

Selecting the temperature:
This heated underblanket has a rapid heat-up
feature. Set the control unit to the highest tem-
perature setting (setting 6). This will cause the
heated underblanket to warm up quickly.

Storage
