Maintenance
Please refer to the Safety information manual.
The equipment should be serviced in order to maintain
performances and reliability.
The product warranty may be invalidated due to wrong or
incomplete maintenance.
The user is not authorized to open the unit or remove any
of its parts.
Any maintenance activity requiring opening of the unit
must be carried out by qualified service personnel.
Carry out the following operations at least once a year:
check the expansion vessel
check parts for wear
Adding water to circuit
This operation can be performed by the user.
It can be performed without opening the unit, using the
filling valve suggested in the hydraulic circuit.
The corrected operating pressure is 1 barg; if the pressure is
lower than 1 barg, it is better to add water in the circuit.
The maximum working pressure is 3 barg, over this pressure
Diagnostic
In case of failure, the
icon will blink on display,
depending on the Access Level.
Par. 5 shows the addresses of the failed devices (not own
user interfaces); if more devices are failed, the addresses are
scrolled every 1 second.
Par. 6 of variable table shows the active fault codes (scrolled
every 1 second) for the selected board address and virtual zone.

the pressure safety valve will open. Verify that expansion
vessels are sufficient for the application. Consider, when the
system is filled, that during the normal heating operation,
the pressure can increase due the water expansion.
NOTE: Par. 6 shows the error referred to the address
selected. If the
blinks and no error is shown in the
Par. 6, check on Par. 5 the address of the address in fail,
and select this address on user interface to see the fail
number/s.
