KWAZAR CORPORATION Sp. z o.o. provides full warranty and post-warranty technical service.
1. When submitted for repairs (regardless of the reason), the device must be complete and clean, i.e. free of
residues of the working liquid.
2. A precondition for carrying out any warranty repairs is delivering the device together with a filled-in war-
ranty card and proof of purchase.
3. Warranty and post-warranty repairs are carried out in the company's headquarters and in KWAZAR's authorized

TROUBLESHOOTING
Before commencing any repair work, always de-pressurize the tank!
SYMPTOM
Pressure drop in the pressure tank
(Fig. 1/pos. 6), presence of the
working liquid in the pump cylinder
(Fig. 1/pos. 3).
No pressure in the pressure tank
(Fig. 1/pos. 6), during pumping.
Safety valve (Fig. 1/pos. 4) does
not close or open. Decreasing
pressure in the tank (Fig. 1/pos. 6).
No jet of the working liquid.
WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SERVICE
CAUSE
A defective mushroom seal at the end of
the pump cylinder (Fig. 6/pos. 3).
A defective seal (Fig. 6/pos. 2) on the
piston rod of the pump (Fig. 1/pos. 3).
The safety valve is damaged.
The suction pipe fell off the hose.
REMEDY
De-pressurize the tank using the safety valve (Fig. 1/
pos. 4). Screw the pump out (Fig. 1/pos. 3). Check the
technical condition of the mushroom seal. Change it, if
damaged. Re-assemble in the reverse order.
De-pressurize the tank using the safety valve (Fig. 1/
pos. 4). Screw the pump out (Fig. 1/pos. 3). Pull the
piston rod all the way out of the cylinder. Hold the cy-
linder by hand and turn the piston handle anti-clockwi-
se, to uncouple the guides and remove the piston from
the cylinder. Check the condition of the gasket on the
piston (Fig. 6/pos. 2). Change it, if damaged. Lubrica-
te with a small amount of silicone oil supplied with the
device. Re-assemble in the reverse order.
Lubricate the safety valve (Fig. 1/pos. 4). With the
safety valve open, pour a few drops of silicone oil into
the valve, and then move it a little. If there is no impro-
vement, change the valve.
De-pressurize the device using the safety valve
(Fig. 1/pos. 4). Unscrew the hose and insert
the suction tube correctly, by rotating it until it stops.
Then, re-attach the hose to the device head.
