STARTING THE DEVICE AFTER WINTER OR AFTER A LONGER PERIOD OF INACTIVITY
Check the device and particularly the tank for any signs of mechanical damage.
Then, perform the activities described in the section PREPARING FOR OPERATION.
RESIDUAL RISK
Although KWAZAR CORPORATION Sp. z o.o. assumes responsibility for the design and structure of the device,
aimed at eliminating hazards, it is inevitable that some risks do occur during operation. Residual risk is a result
of misbehaviour on the part of the operator.
The highest level of risk is created, when carrying out the following prohibited actions:
– Failing to comply with the safety rules described in these Operating Instructions;
– Using the device for any other purpose than its intended use;
– Making arbitrary modifications.
When specifying the residual risks, we assume that the product demonstrates design and state of the art in the
year of its manufacture.
HAZARDS
Hydra Super is a device, which creates the following additional hazards:
1. explosion – breaching of the pressure vessel,

2. damage to soft tissues caused by a jet of the working liquid.

DE WARRANTY CARD – WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. The rights under the granted warranty will only be exercised, if the claimant has presented a valid warranty
card and a legible nameplate located on the tank of the device.

2. The guarantee is granted for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, but not more than for 36
months from the date of manufacture. This period is not applicable to commercial applications.
3. In the case of commercial applications, the warranty is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of

purchase, but not more than for 24 months from the date of manufacture.
4. The warranty for the tank is valid for 36 months, if used for commercial applications, and for 60 months,
if used for non-commercial applications.
5. The device will be repaired within 14 days from the date of delivering it to an authorised service point, or
directly to the manufacturer.
6. The warranty becomes void, if the head is unscrewed from the tank.
7. The warranty shall expire in the event that the user has made any modifications on their own.
8. In the case of all repairs made by the user on their own, it is required to use only original spare parts ma-
nufactured by KWAZAR CORPORATION Sp. z o.o., including seals and accessories.
9. The warranty does not cover seals, as they are subject to natural wear and tear.
10. The warranty covers products purchased and located within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
