12.3.1. How to clean a lamp
 Carefully remove all the lamps from the equipment, following the instructions in point 12.1. How to remove a lamp;
 Next, moisten a clean, soft cloth with denatured alcohol and wipe the outer surface of the lamp; do not use dirty cloths or
those with a hard texture that could damage the lamp. Do not use chlorine-based products or other corrosive solutions;
 To reinstall the lamps, follow the steps in 12.2. Installation of lamps.
12.3.2. Clear WonderXCart Structure
In all circumstances we recommend using soft cloths or absorbent paper. Do not use steel wool, metal brushes or other
abrasive materials.
To clean the surface of WonderXCart we recommend the following procedure:
 In case the WonderXCart only has dust, use a soft, clean and dry cloth;
 In case of fingerprints, use absorbent paper (ex. kitchen towel) and apply with a glass cleaner product;
 In case of other type of dirt, choose to clean with a soft cloth, wet with hot soapy water and then wipe with a dry cloth. If
the dirt remains, choose a specific stainless steel cleaning product. Do not use chlorine-based solutions or other corrosive
substances;
Lamp breakage
12.4.
WonderXCart lamps contain traces of mercury. Mercury is a potent neurotoxin and exposure should be avoided. In case of lamp
breakage some of the mercury will be released as mercury vapour. To reduce exposure follow the indications:
 Have people and animals leave the room;
 Shut of air heating/air conditioning system;
 Air out room for 5-10 min by opening a window or door to the outside;
 After that, collect broken glass and visible powder with appropriate clean up materials;
 Promptly place lamp debris and clean up materials outdoors in a sealable bag, until they can be disposed properly;
 Avoid leaving lamp fragments or clean up material indoor;
 Continue to air out the room, were the lamp was broken for several hours with air heating/air conditioning system off;
Germicidal ultraviolet lamps, like standard fluorescent lamps contain small amounts of mercury. Mercury added lamps should
not be placed in the trash. Dispose of properly. For further information regarding the disposal and recycling of lamps
containing mercury check your local government policies.
13. Troubleshooting
Always disconnect the power plug of the socket before performing any service or maintenance.

14. Warranty
Mercatus Ingenious heath tech shall only be responsible for any manufacturing defaults in the WonderXCart detected within (1) one year
as from the date of the sale invoice. For purposes of warranty, it is assumed that the equipment is installed in accordance with
manufacturer's indications contained in the instructions for use and/or on the adhesive label, that it is used for the purpose it was
designed and that maintenance is made by specialised technicians. The scope of the warranty is restricted to the supply and shipment
free of charge of the defective components, parts and accessories.
The following is expressly excluded from the conditions of the warranty:
 All and any expense related with travels and labour;
 Problems arising from the incorrect installation or use by the customer or operator;
 Any components, parts and accessories subject to mechanical wear and tear arising from use, such as lamps and lighting system,
magnetic seals, feet, wheels, rollers, hinges and locks;

Equipment to which non-original parts have been applied;
 Damages and losses arising from deterioration and/or misuse from customer or operator.
