ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
THE VEHICLE MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY ADULTS.
BEWARE WHEN EXTRACTING THE VEHICLE
FROM THE PACKAGING.
ALL THE NECESSARY SCREWS AND SMALL
COMPONENTS ARE STORED IN A BAG INSIDE
THE PACKAGING.
THE BATTERY MAY ALREADY BE INSTALLED.
Do not use the toy if you find it damaged after
opening the packaging. Contact the shop where you
bought it or the customer support centre.
Take care in the presence of children while
assembling the toy, given the risks caused by small
parts (ingestion hazard) and the plastic bags that
contain them (choking hazard).
To assemble the toy, you will need a flat-head
screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a hammer, and a
pair of pliers.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Remove the bike from the packaging and lower
the stand to make assembly operations easier.
2 • Push on the exhaust pipe end parts.
3 • Remove the saddle. Insert the right-hand side
(DX) of the seat cowl by fitting it into the right-
hand side slot in the chassis (the indications DX
for right-hand side and SX for the left-hand side
are on the inner part of every item to be
assembled).
4 • Fit the left-hand side (SX), by hooking it to the
previously assembled right-hand side, paying
attention to the respective hooks and holes on
the chassis.
5 • Tighten the unit using the 3 screws provided.
6 • Fit the tail light to the trunk support.
7 • Pre-assemble the trunk support, by fitting the 2
U-shaped pipes in their housings, as shown in the
figure.
8 • Tighten the 2 pipes using the 4 screws provided.
9 • Assemble the trunk support to the seat cowl, by
fitting the 2 tabs.
10 • Insert the saddlebag support into the lower part
of trunk support as shown in the figure. Make
sure that the pipes and central bushing are
correctly and fully inserted.
11 • Use the central screw to tighten the assembled
unit.
12 • Tighten the 4 side screws (2 per side).
13 • Place the trunk on its support (with the buckle
facing outwards) and fasten it from the inside
with the plastic screw.
14 • Complete the assembly of the saddlebags by
pressing down the corner guards and inserting
the buckles until they snap into place. Assemble
the saddlebags by fitting them into the side
guides, until they snap into position.
15 • Push on the fuel tank cap.
16 • Insert the dashboard tab into the upper part of
the front plate, and then rotate it and press to
complete the installation.
17 • Insert the front plate into the front fork housing.
18 • Push down until it snaps into place.
19 • Fasten the front plate with the screw provided.
20 • Apply the mirror sticker included in the sticker
bag.
21 • Apply the headlight glass. To make things easier,
we recommend engaging the lower part first.
22 • Insert the handlebar.
23 • Connect the plug of the accelerator knob to the
plug coming out from the tank.
24 • Insert the plugs into the tank.
25 • Apply the handlebar plate.
26 • Fasten the handlebar plate using the two screws
provided.
27 • Insert the windscreen by fitting the 3 pins.
28 • Tighten using the 3 screws provided.
STABILISER WHEELS
IMPORTANT! DO NOT USE THE SECOND
GEAR WITH STABILISER WHEELS
INSTALLED. TIPPING HAZARDS ON CURVES.
29 • Use the tool provided to loosen the nuts of the
rear wheel axle from both sides;
30 • Remove the spacers;
31 • Put the stabiliser wheels in place;
32 • Apply the washers, and then the nuts;
33 • Tighten again. Warning! Remember to put the
spacers back on when you remove the stabiliser
wheels.
STARTING THE VEHICLE
34 • Connect the plug of the battery with the plug of
the electrical system.
35 • Reposition the saddle by inserting it under the
tank. If necessary, lift the tank slightly, as shown in
the figure. Turn the red lock on the saddle, as
shown in box B of figure 36. Important! Always
lock the saddle in place by turning the lock. The
vehicle is ready for use.
• IMPORTANT: Charge the battery before you use
the vehicle for the first time (see IMPORTANT
INFORMATION).
36 • Unlock the saddle by turning the red lock on the
saddle to the position shown in box A.
FEATURES AND USE OF THE VEHICLE
37 • A-Accelerator Knob: to start the bike, turn the
knob downwards, as shown by the arrow in the
figure.
B-Horn: Hold down the button to sound the
horn.
38 • Speed selection button: the bike is set by default
to travel in first gear (lower speed). To use the
second gear (higher speed), press the button
shown in the figure. NOTE: to open and remove
the saddle to access the button, which is under
the tank.
39 • Brake pedal: to activate the brake, turn the
accelerator knob upwards and press the brake
pedal with your foot.
40 • Stand: to be used only when the bike is not
provided with stabiliser wheels.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
WARNING: THE BATTERY DRAWINGS ARE
MERELY INDICATIVE. YOUR BATTERY
MAY BE DIFFERENT FROM THE MODEL
IN THE FIGURE. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE THE
ILLUSTRATED REPLACEMENT AND CHARGING
SEQUENCES.
41 • Open the saddle, as previously described.
42 • Disconnect the screws of the battery holder.
Remove the battery holder.
43 • Disconnect the plug of the battery from that of
the electrical system, by pressing the plugs on
the sides.
• Remove the battery and replace it with a new
one. Reposition the battery holder and tighten
the screws again. Connect the plugs, reposition
the saddle and fasten it.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
WARNING: BATTERY CHARGING AND
ANY INTERVENTION ON THE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY AN ADULT.
THE BATTERY CAN BE CHARGED EVEN
WITHOUT REMOVING IT FROM THE TOY.
44 • Open the saddle, as previously described.
45 • Disconnect plug A of the electrical system from
plug B, by pressing on the sides.
46 • Insert the battery charger plug into a socket
following the instructions. Connect plug B to
plug C of the battery charger.
47 • Once charged, disconnect the battery charger
from the socket and then disconnect plug C
from plug B.
48 • Fully insert plug B into plug A, until they click
into position.
49 • Always remember to close and to fasten the
saddle when you have finished.
