Wait for your watch to acquire signal (GPS icon is solid and no longer flashing). Then, press the
Menu / Enter Button to start the workout.
The first screen you will see is the Canned Interval Screen, this screen will only be available
when using the Interval Workout feature.
The Canned Interval screen displays:
Repeat Number: 1-99 out of 1-99, For example: 1
Segment Number: 1 or 2.
Time Left: Time remaining in current segment (distance left if distance based segment).
WATCH USAGE NOTES:
Use the Up Button to scroll through available training screens.
Use the Down Button to skip a segment.
As a segment is ending, you will be alerted that the segment is ending soon.
