Mount the mounting plate (No. 8) on the
cross-beam (No. 30) with the rollers, screws
and springs (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7).
Then attach the pressure cylinder (No. 2) to
the base plate as shown (No. 8 and 9).
Note: To move the mounting plate pull it
downwards by pressing the springs, the plate
can be moved to the left or right.
Mount the working table
3. Mount the lower bolts (No. 22) with 2
butterfly washers (No.23) onto the
column.
4. Place the working table on it and fix
them with the both upper bolts and
butterfly washers.
Only for WP30Plus:
Assemble 4 cable pulleys and mount the cable
to the table rollers.
Unwind the cable completely from the drum.
Put the work table all the manner down. Lead
the cables around the pulleys and wrap the
table rolls 3 times. Fix the cable with the
cable clamp at the table rollers towards the
winch.

Mount the Hydraulic Pump (No. 41) incl. foot
pedal as shown on the column
Winch mounting (only for WP30PLUS)
Attach the mounting bracket (No. 16) to the
columns with 2 screws, washers and nuts (No.
19; 20; 21). Then fix the winch (No. 14) at the
mounting bracket with 3 screws, washers and
nuts (No. 15; 17,18).
Mount the hand crank.
