Prior to first use
Remove all parts of the packaging and
clean the product according to the clea-
ning instructions.
Instructions
1. Prepare: Place the warm boiled potato
on the bottom part (figure 1). Using the
toothed edge on the top part, scrape
the potato skin all over to remove it
(figure 2).
2. Cut: Press the top part all the way down
through the potato (figure 3) so that the
wires cut the potato into slices.
3. Peel: Before lifting the top part off, slide
it across the edge of the bottom part in
the same direction as the wires to leave
the potato skin behind (figure 4). Tip the
potato slices into a container. Discard
the skin. Repeat the process with the
next potato.
Tip: If you are using large potatoes or
would like half-size slices: Cut the potato
in half lengthwise and position the potato
with the cut side facing up.
Cleaning
• Remove the beaker by sliding the cutting
frame back.
• The support flaps can be popped out from
the base.
• Do not use any scouring agents or steel
wool when cleaning. All parts are dish-
washer safe. By hand: Clean with warm
water and a mild soap.
